Forever Prosper Management Limited (referred to hereinafter as the “Company”) recognizes its responsibilities in relation to the collection, holding, processing, use, and/or transfer of personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”).

Certain personal information of customers collected or held by the Company, including names and contact information (telephone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses), may be used by the Company and/or its affiliated companies to:

Conduct direct marketing activities (e.g., promoting, marketing, or selling services by electronic or other means).

If you do not wish to receive direct marketing information or materials, please notify the Company’s Personal Data Privacy Officer.

Collection of Data

(a) The Company may collect data from customers and other individuals for the purposes set out in this notice. This may include:

Applicants for corporate or consultation services.
Individuals linked to non-individual customers or applicants, including beneficial owners, officers, trustees, settlors, protectors, and beneficiaries.

(b) If the data requested is not provided, the Company may be unable to provide or continue providing products or services.

Collected directly, from representatives, or other sources.
Combined with data available to other members of the EVERPRO Group (including affiliates, subsidiaries, and associated entities).

Retention of Personal Data

The Company will retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. After this period, the data will be securely erased.

Transfer of Personal Data

All personal information held by the Company will remain confidential but may be shared with the following parties:

Related companies or intermediaries.
Brokers, contractors, bankers, or service providers offering administrative, telecommunications, or banking services.
Legal advisors, investigators, specialists, and accountants.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

According to the Ordinance, all customers have the right to of access to, correct and/or change any of their own personal data held by the Company by contacting the Company’s Personal Data Privacy Officer.

Security is our top priority. EVERPRO will strive at all times to ensure that your personal data will be protected against unauthorised or accidental access, processing or erasure. We maintain this commitment to data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure customer’s personal data.

The secure area of our website supports the use of 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology –an industry standard for encryption over the Internet to protect data. When you provide sensitive information such as credit card details, it will be automatically converted into codes before being securely dispatched over the Internet.

Our web servers are protected behind “firewalls” and our systems are monitored to prevent any unauthorised access. We will not send personal information to you by ordinary email. As the security of ordinary email cannot be guaranteed, you should only send email to us using the secure email facility on our website.
